With habitat destruction, climate change, and presticides nearly destroying Britain’s native black bee population, Bees & Refugees seek to help save them from extinction.

The bees we work with are considered equal partners and we use the best hives to ensure the best treatment of all our black bees. Our hives are designed to nurture the black bee population and specifically help keep them safe during the cold winter months.

Sponsorship money is vital for the construction and maintenance of our hives. So far, we have 22 hives, but we would love to see this number increase!
